Capt. Frank Warner’s Tale

This was the Capt. Frank that I knew. Although there is no one alive now to corroborate his story of sailing up and over the Krakatoa tsunami and nothing has been written of his tale, I guess it is mine alone to tell and having known Capt. Frank, I believe it.
